You should look for an accountant that communicates more frequently with you and proactively offer additional ideas, services and solutions to add value to your business.  We extend this by having unlimited communication in our packages so you do not fear a bill every time you talk to us. 

We look to the value we add to you and your business and they look to be paid for the value we add.   For this reason we do not work on a charge out rate multiplied by time spent.  Accountants that base their fees on the number of hours they spend are actually being rewarded for their own inefficiencies and you the client lose.  That is not how we do business at Maitland Partners.
